Carra's Background

I’ve had the privilege of developing my career as a riding coach through a combination of education, hands-on experience, and a passion for helping riders improve. I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Equine Studies and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, which has given me a strong foundation in both the science of horses and the broader agricultural context. Along with my British Horse Society (BHS) Coaching qualification, I’ve had the opportunity to work with riders of all levels, refining my skills in teaching technique and horsemanship. Over the years, I’ve expanded my focus to specialize in positional correction and confidence coaching. I’ve found that helping riders improve their posture and balance, while also addressing any mental barriers they may have, can make a world of difference in their riding. My goal is to empower riders, not just with better technique, but with the confidence to truly connect with their horses and enjoy the experience of riding to the fullest.
